Qualifications

• Must have extensive customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech environments.
• Strong ability to analyze data to prevent churn and drive success.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers (approx. 50).
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to ensure customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upsell within the portfolio and coordinate with Sales.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption through training and resources.
• Monitor customer health and retention metrics and relay insights to internal teams.
