Eltropy is seeking a proactive and outcomes-driven Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the South Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers.

You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI-driven platform, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction. The role emphasizes SaaS and FinTech expertise, strong relationship-building, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to expand product adoption and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience managing a portfolio of mid-size customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure customers achieve outcomes.
• Identify churn risks and mitigate with data-driven actions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
• Lead onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Relay customer feedback to product teams.
• Track customer health and retention metrics.
