Job summary

CSG Systems is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to resolve customers’ business and technical challenges across the product portfolio by maximizing value and delivering services that improve user outcomes.

You will act as the SME between business needs and technology, lead cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Support and Professional Services, and drive adoption and ongoing value realization for assigned customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of product, solutions, and/or technical customer support experience.
• Experience with SaaS, tech, telecom, or managed services environments; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers; ensure delivery, adoption, and ongoing value realization from CSG solutions.
• Leverage product expertise and best practices to help customers optimize business processes and achieve outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional customer initiatives with Product, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and CRM teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Drive customer success through proactive management of health, service performance, risks, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer projects and growth opportunities by developing solution recommendations and facilitating reviews.
