Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Senior CS Systems Administrator to architect and optimize Salesforce and CS platforms across the CS ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end administration, implementation, and evaluation of dedicated CS tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc.), and mentor junior staff while driving AI-driven workflow improvements.

You will collaborate with IT, Ops, and product teams to ensure scalable data integrations, platform governance, and reliable deployment pipelines for enterprise success.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in Business/Technology or related area preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for senior level.
• 7+ years in SaaS System Administration & Enterprise Architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with CS platforms (Gainsight/ChurnZero/Totango).
• 5+ years Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Salesforce and CS systems.
• Design and maintain high-performance data integrations between CS platforms and data warehouses.
• Act as technical owner for CS technology infrastructure and manage platform health.
• Collaborate with product owners and IT engineering to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives within CS workflows.
• Establish QA, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment processes.
• Serve as escalation point for critical CS platform issues.
• Create deployment plans and manage code deployments into production.
