Job summary
ModMed is seeking a Senior CS Systems Administrator to architect and manage Salesforce-based CS platforms and related systems. You will own platform governance, data integrations, and automation initiatives, aligning with CS Transformation goals.
You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with IT, and leverage AI tools to improve customer success outcomes across enterprise-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related area; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years SaaS System Administration & Enterprise Architecture experience.
- 5+ years administering CS platforms like Gainsight/ChurnZero.
- 5+ years Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, ETL pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and maintain advanced Salesforce CS logic and CS platforms.
- Design robust data integrations between Salesforce, CS platforms, and data warehouses.
- Own CS technology infrastructure, manage tech debt, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with CS Transformation Product Owners and IT for scalable designs.
- Incorporate AI/LLM tools to automate CS workflows; drive ROI and retention.
