Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Senior CS Systems Administrator to architect and own Salesforce and CS platforms, driving scalable architecture and data integrations across the CS ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional teams, govern technical health, and explore AI-driven automation to improve retention and ROI. A strong background in CS platforms and Salesforce is required, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree; Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
• 7+ years experience in SaaS System Administration & Enterprise Architecture.
• 5+ years administering dedicated CS platforms (Gainsight/ChurnZero/Totango) including implementation or optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Salesforce and CS platforms to drive efficiency.
• Design robust data integrations between CS platforms, data warehouses, and product telemetry.
• Lead governance, security, and scalable architecture; evaluate future CS tools.
• Collaborate with CS product owners and IT to translate goals into designs.
• Embed AI automation in CS workflows using tools like Gainsight AI or Einstein.
