Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior CPX Operations Manager, Customer Success to drive operational efficiency and optimize workflows across the CS organization.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, configure systems, and partner with technology teams to scale with automation and AI-driven solutions. You will gather requirements, standardize processes, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Business Technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations for Customer Success or Customer Experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in geographically dispersed teams and in leveraging tech to automate and enhance customer management.

Responsibilities

• Improve systems and processes to drive CS efficiency by removing repetitive tasks and standardizing workflows.
• Maximize value of the tech stack (Gainsight) and collaborate with Business Technology to build automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Capture business requirements from CS stakeholders and translate into technical configurations with structured methodologies.
• Support global rollout of initiatives and ensure standardized processes across regions.
• Design and maintain data systems for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing CS data; build actionable dashboards.
