Job summary

Junction is building the healthcare data infrastructure to unlock insights across labs and devices. We are a remote-friendly team solving real health data challenges with a mission to make care personalized, proactive, and affordable. Join a fast-growing, API-first platform and help expand our digital health business.

You will own onboarding, renewals, and expansion for a focused book of business, working with a CS Leader and product/engineering to shape our customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years owning accounts end-to-end.
• Experience in Seed–Series C startups is a plus.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and renewals with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 25–40 accounts across digital health and mid‑market segments.
• Run onboarding for new customers and reach first milestones quickly.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews that move things forward.
• Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
• Build a pulse on account health using usage data and renewal risk signals.
• Be the voice of customers to product/engineering with actionable feedback.
• Help define CS excellence for wearable/digital health customers.
• Advise on incorporating AI tools to make CS faster and smarter.
