You will guide secure embedded software reviewed by the NSA and collaborate with software, hardware, FPGA, and systems teams. The role focuses on leading a high‑performing team, ensuring technical excellence, managing cost and schedule, and shaping pursuit activities for

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a technical development environment.
• Program execution skills: bidding, project planning, EVM, risk & opportunity management.
• Embedded software development experience.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance required.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team across levels.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, program managers, and shared services.
• Champion software development best practices across the lifecycle.
• Support pursuit and bidding activities with technical input and strategy.
