You will work with a cross-functional team to shape program strategy, manage budgets, and coordinate with customers and partners to deliver advanced cryptographic solutions.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of secure design, assembly, advanced packaging, and test capabilities, as well as full lifecycle confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in EVMS program management and R&O management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cryptography programs and drive secure tech solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and internal/external efforts.
• Travel up to 15% to support business needs.
