You will guide the team from pursuit through sustainment, ensuring technical excellence, cost control, and schedule adherence. The role demands a hands-on engineering leader with a Secret security clearance, collaboration across hardware, FPGA, and systems teams, and a focus on secure

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration in a technical development environment.
• Experience in program execution, bidding, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management.
• Experienced with embedded software development.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 7 years experience.
