You will shepherd the pursuit, development, and sustainment phases with a focus on technical excellence, cost, and schedule. You will guide a high-performing team across software, hardware, FPGA, and systems design, ensuring NSA-reviewed security and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams in a technical development environment.
Background in program execution: bidding, planning, EVM, risk and opportunity management.
Embedded software development experience is required.
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance before start date.
Degree in STEM with 7–10 years of related experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
