Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience, or 10+ years with a Graduate degree/MBA.
• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Proven record winning competitive captures within DoD or Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Lead full capture lifecycle using Shipley methodology.
• Develop competitive bid strategies including Price-to-Win analysis.
• Build and strengthen senior relationships within NSA and the Intelligence Community.
• Lead multidisciplinary proposal teams and drive disciplined capture reviews.
