Job summary

Inclusively Remote is seeking an experienced accounting professional to own the monthly close for multiple entities in a crypto-enabled environment. You will manage crypto subledgers, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate intercompany and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include maintaining COA structures, invoicing revenue shares, and supporting tax and compliance work with a hands-on approach in a fast-growing group of companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in crypto or digital assets.
• CPA, or actively working toward it.
• Experience with wallets, token transfers, swaps and perps accounting.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly close across multiple entities in QuickBooks Online, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain crypto subledgers, validate exchange/on-chain data, and reconcile balances.
• Reconcile trading activity across exchanges and DeFi positions; produce P&L and rollforward schedules.
• Set up and maintain chart of accounts for new entities and lines of business.
• Prepare monthly retainer and revenue share invoices with tiered fee logic.
