Job summary

SOLANA FOUNDATION is seeking a qualified accounting professional to lead the monthly close across multiple entities, ensuring crypto subledger accuracy and reconciling balances. You will manage billing, revenue tracking, and support compliance, tax, and legal teams.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting with crypto exposure, CPA or active progression, and strong Excel capabilities for complex reconciliations and multi-entity workstreams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of crypto accounting and wallets, transfers, swaps, perps.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidated close under GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills and reconciling complex ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close for multiple entities in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain crypto subledgers and reconcile to source data.
• Handle intercompany tie-outs, invoicing, and tax support.
