Job summary

Lead a team of senior engineers, shape engineering quality, and collaborate with Security, Product, and Policy to drive secure execution across the platform. Strong cryptography and distributed systems expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering building highly available, distributed systems.
• Deep domain expertise in cryptography, KMS or HSM, with secure protocol experience.
• Experience in building and operating mission-critical infrastructure with low latency and strong security.
• Ability to lead technical strategy and architecture for large-scale projects, including regulatory considerations.
• Experience using AI responsibly to improve workflows and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and execution of cryptographic infrastructure for global regulatory compliance.
• Define long-term technical strategies with a multi-quarter horizon.
• Own ambitious initiatives and implement secure cryptographic protocols in a zero-trust environment.
• Shape engineering quality practices and mentor senior engineers in code reviews and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Product, Policy) to ensure flawless execution.
