Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in distributed systems.
• Deep domain expertise in cryptography, KMS or HSM with safe protocol implementation.
• Proficiency in systems languages (Golang/Java/C++/Rust) and Golang-heavy environments.
• Experience operating Tier-0 or critical infrastructure with focus on security and latency.
• Proven track record leading technical strategy and architecture for large projects.
• Experience using AI responsibly with human oversight.

• Lead architecture and execution of cryptographic infrastructure for global regulatory compliance.
• Define technical strategies with a multi-quarter horizon for cryptographic solutions.
