Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience building distributed systems.
Deep domain expertise in cryptography, KMS, or HSMs.
Proficient in Golang, Java, C++, or Rust.
Experience implementing cryptographic protocols securely.
Multi-Party Computation experience preferred.
Experience leading technical strategy and architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and execution of cryptographic infrastructure for global compliance.
Define technical strategy with multi-quarter horizon for cryptographic solutions.
Own ambitious initiatives ensuring secure, resilient protocols in zero-trust environments.
Mentor engineers, drive code reviews, reduce single points of failure.
Align with Security, Product, and Policy to enable flawless execution.
