Job summary

Mariner Academy seeks a Senior Instructor to lead the Cross Serve Enablement workshop series. This role designs and delivers curriculum that translates the cross‑serve strategy into practical, actionable habits advisors can apply across Wealth, Institutional, Investment Banking, and other units.

The Cross-Serve Leader authors curricula, coordinates workshops, and iterates content based on feedback to improve collaboration and client outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or training sessions for professional audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual Cross Serve workshops to enhance understanding of each unit's strengths.
• Design interactive experiences that foster trust and client-first collaboration across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure content remains current and aligned with needs.
• Co-create enterprise capstone projects to translate top performers' practices into training.
• Establish psychologically safe environments that encourage open relationship-building.
• Drive ongoing communication between Mariner Academy and enterprise partners.
• Apply adult learning theory to design engaging simulations for real-world application.
• Model a client-first, trust-based approach to cross-unit referrals.
