You will translate complex knowledge into practical learning, collaborate with business leaders, and design scalable Capstone and blended delivery that drives performance.

This role emphasizes adult learning principles, outcome measurement, and partnership with external trainers to expand the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business or related field.
• Professional designation such as CFP®, CFA®, CPA, ChFC®, CLU® or similar.
• Experience training functional skills within financial services.
• Ability to translate complex knowledge into practical training and coaching.
• Partner with experts to define competency expectations and performance standards.
• Design learning connecting theory to workplace application and judgment.
• Facilitate adult learning in person, virtual, or blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the Functional Skills learning domain, including curriculum strategy, design, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify required skills, behaviors, and best practices.
• Translate complex knowledge into engaging, practical learning with on‑the‑job relevance.
• Establish consistent standards and tailor content for domain needs across units.
• Design and deliver training using experiential methods, real‑world scenarios, practice, and feedback.
• Develop scalable solutions ensuring consistency of capability across units.
• Document updates to skills and best practices with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate Capstone courses in person and virtually to demonstrate applied skills.
• Partner with external trainers to supplement functional skills training.
• Expand curriculum to additional domains and measure learner progress.
