Raytheon in McKinney, TX seeks a Cross Product Team Lead to own cost, schedule, and technical execution for Advanced Programs contracts. You will lead EAC reviews, staffing projections, and planning artifacts on onsite work with DoD clearance as a requirement.

You will establish a disciplined technical baseline, manage engineering metrics, and drive risk and opportunity management across IPTs, coordinating across disciplines to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience; or advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering and program execution.
• Experience overseeing risk and identifying opportunities within complex aerospace or defense programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Own all cost, schedule, and technical execution responsibilities for the assigned program scope.
• Lead EAC reviews, proposal inputs, staffing projections, and planning artifacts.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined technical baseline with effective change management.
• Develop, monitor, and manage technical performance measures and engineering metrics.
• Drive a rigorous Risk and Opportunity Management process across engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary communication conduit to executive leadership, customers, and IPTs.
• Ensure systems engineering tasks are executed within budget and schedule constraints.
• Lead proposal development, including technical volumes, BOEs, and bid strategies.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines for alignment and integration.
• Make data-driven decisions balancing cost, schedule, risk, and mission needs.
• Engage with program management, engineering leadership, and support teams.
• Ensure product end-result quality meets customer expectations and contractual commitments.
