This role will have a direct impact on PSA Ops, the core software that powers PSA’s grading operations, in a business experiencing tremendous growth and record demand. You’ll help solve the unique technology and operational challenges that come with scaling at this level, where massive volume, complexity, and customer expectations create an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager who is practical, ambitious, and empathetic, with the ability to understand complex domains and drive teams toward exceptional outcomes. You’ll lead strategic, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery, partnering with engineering, product, design, and operations to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution. Your work will have impact beyond the teams you support, directly influencing PSA’s ability to scale its operations and support the continued growth of the business. You’ll work from our Santa Ana or Jersey City office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
The salary range for this position is $151,341 –$220,480. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
