The role emphasizes coordinating complex projects, reporting progress to senior management, and driving issues to resolution while maintaining focus on time and budget constraints in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex, multi-stream programs across departments.
• Proven track record with JIRA in large projects.
• Must be assertive with the drive to resolve issues.
• Experience delivering data-centric programs at scale.
• Ability to report status, risks, and issues to executives.

Responsibilities

• Planning program scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.
• Risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and product teams.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure standards compliance.
• Manage escalations and team assembly for projects.
• Produce program reports for managers and executives.
