Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Performs market research to understand local needs for product improvements.
• Develop content and collateral supporting the Cross Currency Payment value proposition across training, marketing, communications, and proposals.
• Support go-to-market activities for product launches, migrations, changes or enhancements for client-facing teams and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing to support regional and global Marketing plans and efforts.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities from user research and market needs.
• Consider upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including time, cost, and quality targets across the life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Maintains deep understanding of products and services to tailor collateral to markets.
