Job summary

TNT Growth Corp in Miami is seeking a senior CRO strategist to own a hands-on program across lead gen and ecommerce clients, defining testing strategy, building pages in Ploy and Shopify, and delivering client-ready results.

You will shape scalable CRO playbooks, mentor GMs, and drive a data-driven culture with AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and templates to scale without headcount increases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRO, growth, or landing page strategy with a portfolio of tests.
• Agency or multi-client experience and ability to manage 10+ accounts.
• Hands-on in landing page builders and Shopify themes, sections and apps.
• Strong experimentation knowledge: hypothesis design, sample size, significance.

Responsibilities

• Program strategy: build prioritized testing roadmaps for each client.
• Testing: design experiments, set sample sizes, and run tests continuously.
• Concepting: research analytics, heatmaps, session data to create concepts.
• Building: develop lead gen and Shopify pages; coordinate with engineering.
• Pitching: present results as business impact to leaders and clients.
• Monitoring: read results, log learnings, and launch next tests.
• Reporting: own CRO dashboard and shared wins library.
• Systems: improve CRO playbook, templates, and AI planner.
• Mentoring: coach GMs and future CRO hires on best practices.
