Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Senior Partner Business Manager to drive strategic growth with Tier-1 Global CRO partners. You will orchestrate alliance strategy, lead high-level negotiations, and accelerate platform adoption across study portfolios.

You will report to the Managing Partner of Partner Business Managers, build executive relationships, manage forecast governance in the CRM, and mentor a growing PBM team while navigating complex pricing and contract challenges.

Qualifications

7–8+ years of quota-carrying sales or alliance experience with Global CROs or enterprise channels.
Track record managing Tier-1 Global CRO accounts with multi-million ACV.
Experience leading teams in high-pressure enterprise sales and contract negotiations.
Experience leveraging generative AI tools to craft data narratives for executives.
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).

Responsibilities

Architect and scale high-value relationships with senior stakeholders to align Medidata's platform with the CRO's objectives.
Lead pricing, governance, and contract resolution for complex deals.
Drive SbS win rate and multi-product platform expansion across partner pipelines.
Develop and present QBRs to Medidata sales leadership and executive sponsors.
Mentor PBM team members and share best practices for pipeline scrubbing and AI workflows.
