Prendio - BioProcure is seeking a CRO/CDMO Partnerships Manager(Remote) to lead day-to-day relationships with contracted CRO and CDMO partners from onboarding through long-term performance. You will engage with biotech customers and map accounts to identify opportunities, driving success without overt selling.

The role requires deep CRO/CDMO experience, strong communication, and the ability to advocate for the right partner while shaping on-platform offerings to meet biotech needs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with contracted CRO and CDMO partners across discovery, preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing services.
• Handoff at contract execution; drive onboarding through early wins to long-term performance.
• Serve as a credible advisor to emerging-biotech customers; position partners as the right fit without selling.
• Build the credibility of Prendio BioProcure's CRO/CDMO offering in the market.
• Map accounts between supplier partners and biotech customers; drive connections.
