Job summary

Medidata in Iselin, NJ, is seeking a Senior Partner Business Manager to drive strategic growth with Global CRO partners. You will orchestrate alliance strategy, lead high-level negotiations, and shepherd cross-functional blocks to accelerate revenue and platform adoption.

You will report to the Managing Partner of Partner Business Managers, build executive relationships, and shape go-to-market strategies across fields like Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–8+ years quota attainment with Global CROs or enterprise alliances.
• Proven track record managing Tier-1 Global CRO accounts with multi-million ACV.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure sales environments.
• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools to create data narratives.
• Master-level strategic sales mindset with contract governance discipline.
• Deep familiarity with the eClinical market or life sciences tech.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale deep executive relationships to align Medidata with CRO objectives.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract strategies to accelerate deals.
• Govern the Partner Program and drive macro go-to-market initiatives.
• Mentor junior PBM team members and share best practices in pipeline management.
• Provide forecasting governance and deliver impactful QBRs to leadership.
