Suno is hiring its first CRO to own conversion across web and app stores. You’ll sit with the Growth team at the point where marketing spend turns into revenue: landing pages, app store listings, funnels, and copy that drives action.

This senior IC role requires a hacker mindset, data-driven testing, and the ability to ship fast using our design system. You’ll partner with UA, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or CRO.
• Owned conversion and funnel testing at scale across web and app stores.
• Proven copywriting for landing pages that convert.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the target customer and translate into pages, listings, copy and tests.
• Ship landing pages across paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships and launches.
• Own app store optimization: listing copy, screenshots, store assets.
• Localize pages and store listings for international markets.
• Write persuasive copy and build pages from design system components.
• Run high-volume experiments (A/B, multivariate) and iterate fast.
• Analyze heatmaps, recordings, surveys to reduce drop-offs.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities from data and business context.
• Own conversion metrics end-to-end for web and app; collaborate on paywalls.
