Job summary

Suno is building the world’s first creative entertainment platform, enabling millions to create music. We’re hiring a senior CRO to own conversion across web and app stores, shaping landing pages, listings, and copy within our design system.

You’ll run high-volume tests, analyze data, and partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to maximize revenue per visitor. Applicants must work in the US, with offices in NYC or LA.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or CRO.
• Experience owning conversion testing at scale, web and app stores (ASO).
• Strong copywriting that speaks to customers and converts.
• Able to read experiments, judge significance, and decide next steps.
• Familiar with landing page tooling (Optimizely, VWO, Unbounce) and analytics tools like Clarity/Hotjar.

Responsibilities

• Understand our ideal customer and translate that into pages, listings, copy, and tests.
• Ship a high volume of landing pages across channels using our design system.
• Own app store optimization: listing copy, screenshots, store creatives, onboarding handoff.
• Localize pages and store listings for international markets, maintaining cross-language conversion.
• Write persuasive, on-brand copy and build pages from design components, testing iteratively.
