Prendio - BioProcure is seeking a Product Manager to own the CRO and supplier-side product strategy. This is a build role focused on discovery, deciding what the product should be, and creating the strategy and roadmap behind it.

The space is still being defined, which is the point — the work starts with figuring out what is worth building. You will engage CROs, suppliers, and biotech customers to validate opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and translate insights into executable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of what gets built and why.
• Deep knowledge of the CRO ecosystem and how it works.
• Experience defining new product spaces, not just roadmaps.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to validate or invalidate hypotheses.
• Ability to connect customer problems to a commercial model.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO product strategy and build a coherent roadmap across the business.
• Conduct discovery with CROs, suppliers, and biotech customers to uncover value.
• Validate opportunities and rule out non-viable ideas early.
• Translate strategy into executable products and commercialization opportunities.
• Partner with business leadership and cross-functional teams to ship value.
