Job summary

Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC area is seeking a Sr. CRMS Coordinator to manage OnCore and related systems, train end users, and serve as a liaison with the vendor. The role sits within the CR Administration team and supports compliant clinical research operations.

The candidate will oversee system maintenance, coordinate upgrades, and develop training plans while ensuring data integrity and adherence to IRB and GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in sciences, health administration, computer science or related field preferred.
• 3 years of prior clinical trials experience in coordination or research administration required.
• 2 years OnCore experience required.
• Familiarity with IRB, ICH/GCP guidelines and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for end users and vendor; coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues.
• Provide user training, activation, and ongoing communication about changes and status of applications.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; update job aides to reflect current practices.
• Design, develop and disseminate standard and ad hoc reports; maintain library of reports.
• Monitor data integrity and plan upgrades; assess impact on workflows and processes.
