Job summary

Children's National Hospital seeks an experienced Sr. CRMS Coordinator to manage the OnCore clinical research management system daily operations. You will train staff, liaise with the vendor, and support the research IT team to ensure compliant and efficient trial administration.

The role requires clinical research experience, OnCore knowledge, and ability to translate research needs into system improvements. On-site position in Silver Spring, MD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Sciences, Health Administration, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Clinical trials experience preferred; OnCore experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and advisory services to end users of CRMS systems.
• Act as primary contact with the OnCore vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and administer OnCore and Power Trials; support research administration.
• Develop training plans and materials; deliver training to staff and faculty.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to IRB and ICH/GCP guidelines.
