Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a variety of clinical research studies and patient services grants. You will recruit and consent participants in an outpatient setting, assist with data collection and management, and ensure regulatory compliance under the PI’s supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of applicable research or internship experience.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and human subjects research.
• Ability to recruit, consent, and enroll participants in outpatient settings.
• Maintains study documents and regulatory binders; IRB coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of clinical research studies conducted by the PI.
• Recruit and consent participants; coordinate visits and protocol-specific testing.
• Collect, compile, and input data; ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare IRB submissions and audits.
• Supervise junior staff as needed and liaise with study personnel.
