CHANEL is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager for CRM Technology & Client Data in New York City. You will bridge Salesforce CRM strategy with hands-on delivery, guiding Data Cloud, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud implementations.

Lead an Agile delivery team, align with stakeholders, and ensure architecture adherence, data models, and scalable solutions across Chanel’s CRM ecosystem. 7+ years CRM/CDP experience and Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years CRM/CDP/Data 360 experience in a large enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master’s is a plus.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration and architecture awareness.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture into actionable designs and user stories.
• Lead the Agile Delivery Team to deliver the CRM roadmap on time.
• Ensure architectural adherence and data quality across Salesforce platforms.
• Advise Product Owner and stakeholders on practical efforts and timelines.
