Job summary

CHANEL in New York City seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, CRM Technology & Client Data to bridge Salesforce CRM strategy with hands-on delivery. You will lead design, data flows, and implementation across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data 360, partnering with stakeholders and tech teams to solve complex business problems.

The role demands deep data models, integration patterns, and platform capabilities, with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years CRM/CDP/Data 360 experience with Salesforce expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data 360/CDP Cloud and CRM development.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and Agile projects in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture into actionable designs and detailed data flows.
• Act as technical design authority for Salesforce Data Cloud components.
• Lead the Agile Delivery Team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and validate new Salesforce Data Cloud features.
• Enforce engineering standards, CI/CD practices and deployment methodologies.
