Job summary
Chanel in New York City is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager for CRM Technology & Client Data. This role bridges Salesforce CRM vision with hands-on execution, owning the Salesforce Data Cloud and Chanel CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years CRM / CDP / Data 360 experience.
- Strong Salesforce expertise including Marketing Cloud and Data 360.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred.
- Hybrid NYC-based with 3 days on-site minimum in Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Translate architecture into detailed designs, data flows, and actionable user stories for the development team.
- Own project-level design decisions for Salesforce Data Cloud components and configurations.
- Lead the Agile Delivery Team to deliver the CRM technical roadmap on time.
- Conduct proofs-of-concept and validate new Salesforce Data Cloud features against architecture.
