Job summary
Chanel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager for CRM Technology & Client Data in New York City.
The role combines strategic Salesforce Data Cloud leadership with hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration to advance Chanel's CRM ecosystem, Data Cloud, and Data 360 initiatives. The candidate will translate architecture into detailed designs, own design decisions, and lead the Agile Delivery Team to ensure on-time, high-quality code delivery while upholding enterprise
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years CRM / CDP / Data 360 experience with Salesforce expertise.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Strong partnership with Product Owner and internal teams.
- Hands-on validation of Salesforce Data Cloud features.
Responsibilities
- Translate architecture into actionable technical designs and user stories.
- Own project-level design and architectural adherence.
- Lead Agile Delivery Team and manage sprints.
- Drive quality through code reviews and automated testing.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex platform issues.
