Job summary

CHANEL in New York City is seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture, integration and data design for our Marketing Cloud platform. You will set standards, guide configurations, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong experience with data models, ETL, APIs, and BI tools, plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of data processing, segmentation, transformation, and audience management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferred
• Experience with API integrations and ETL processes of marketing platforms

Responsibilities

• Design robust SFMC architecture with scalable data models and automation frameworks
• Influence platform configurations, custom development, and integration patterns
• Lead technical integration of analytics, data governance, and security across systems
• Develop and maintain data connectors and APIs for real-time data flow
• Mentor developers and administrators on SFMC capabilities
• Document data models and promote data literacy across teams
