Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience designing and building CRM requirements for Pharmaceutical Patient Support Operations.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with advanced degrees in related fields.
• Knowledge of patient support programs, case management, and adherence program designs.
• Strong project management experience and vendor management skills.
• Ability to engage cross-functional teams and translate requirements into CRM specifications.
• Understanding of CRM technologies and patient support services.
• Compliance mindset with attention to detail.
• Empathy and patient-centric problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency with Visio or similar process mapping tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Solutions CRM roadmap and blueprint, prioritizing enhancements by program needs, regulatory requirements, and business value.
• Design and optimize workflows supporting the UT Patient End-to-End journey (data entry, case management, access, education, therapy support).
• Collaborate with Patient Solutions and Technical teams to define requirements and UAT strategies.
• Ensure programs and changes are trackable and measurable.
• Lead cross-functional execution, testing, and adoption of new processes.
• Partner with analytics to ensure dashboards reflect program changes.
