Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking a Senior CRM Strategy Manager, Patient Solutions, to translate business needs into scalable CRM workflows for patient support programs. You will own roadmaps, design end-to-end patient journeys, and partner with technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes, compliance, and enhanced patient engagement.

The role focuses on data-driven optimization of case management, therapy access, and patient education initiatives, with an emphasis on rapid adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM design/build experience in pharmaceutical patient support operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with patient support programs, case management, and adherence program designs.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Compliance mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Solutions CRM roadmap and business process blueprint.
• Design and optimize workflows for the UT patient end-to-end journey including data entry, case management, access, patient education & ongoing therapy support.
• Collaborate with Patient Solutions and Technical teams to define requirements and prioritize changes.
• Define UAT strategies and ensure changes are tracked and measurable.
• Lead effective execution, testing, release readiness, and adoption of new processes with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with reporting/analytics to ensure dashboards reflect all program changes.
• Champion CRM capabilities that support timely patient/physician interactions.
• Embed quality, consistency and compliance into every CRM process.
