Job summary

United Therapeutics is seeking a Senior CRM Strategy Manager, Patient Solutions, to translate business needs into scalable CRM workflows. Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM design/build experience for pharmaceutical patient support operations with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of CRM design/build experience for Pharmaceutical Patient Support Operations with a Master's Degree.
• Knowledge of patient support programs, case management, and adherence program designs.
• Strong project management and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Solutions CRM roadmap and business process blueprint, prioritizing enhancements based on program needs, regulatory requirements, and business value.
• Design and optimize workflows and process maps for the UT Patient End-to-End journey including data entry, case management, access, patient education & ongoing therapy support.
• Collaborate with Patient Solutions and Technical teams to define requirements, optimize workflows, and prioritize program system enhancements.
• Ensure all programs and process changes are trackable / measurable.
• Partner cross-functionally to lead execution, testing, release readiness, and adoption of new processes.
• Coordinate with reporting and analytics to reflect all program changes in dashboards.
