Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM to a major revenue channel. You’ll own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

You’ll report to the Co-founder and CMO, collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative, and run experiments to move the needle at scale in a fully remote environment. Join a fast-growing, globally distributed team building uncensored AI products and shaping

Qualifications

• You have scaled CRM and driven measurable revenue improvements.
• You’ve worked in high-volume B2C subscriptions where CRM impacted revenue.
• You ideate segments, journeys, experiments, and analyze performance.
• You can prove what works through testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers and follow-ups.
• Increase token purchases and retention through segmentation and timing.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling and reporting.
• Build and run experiments; scale winners and translate results into future opportunities.
• Drive growth through smarter messaging, offers, and timing across channels.
