Job summary

Ascend Learning, a healthcare and learning technology company, seeks a Sr Sales Technology Analyst to partner with Sales, Sales Ops and cross-functional teams to optimize Ascend's CRM and sales technology ecosystem, improving visibility, reporting, and data quality.

You will drive governance, standards, and best practices, while supporting adoption of solutions across the enterprise. This hybrid role can be based in Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA, with remote US options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience implementing UI best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in virtual collaboration and leading meetings.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Travel requirement 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of CRM and sales technology initiatives with governance and best practices.
• Support governance, optimization, and data quality for CRM processes and reporting.
• Partner with Sales and stakeholders to identify business needs and improvements.
• Evaluate enhancements including automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Act as liaison between technical teams for requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
• Coordinate release readiness, training, and adoption activities for CRM tools.
• Mentor and share knowledge with Sales Technology Analysts.
