Cengage Group seeks a senior leader to plan and execute large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives. You will own scope, goals, and value delivery, partnering with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing.

Lead governance, budgets, and cross-functional teams to modernize platforms, optimize processes, and drive AI-enabled CRM capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
• Experience defining scope, goals, and deliverables with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar portfolios and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
• Take responsibility for outcomes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Drive CRM transformation, platform modernization, and process optimization.
• Serve as primary liaison to executives; report status, risks, and financials.
• Establish operating models and delivery frameworks for consistency and scale.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Collaborate to align CRM roadmaps with broader tech and business strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, negotiations, and performance.
