Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a seasoned leader to plan and drive large-scale CRM programs, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and related technologies. You will partner with senior leadership to define scope, goals, and measurable outcomes, delivering architecture-aligned roadmaps and governance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure adoption and performance through agile or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years directing enterprise programs in technology and business transformation.
5+ years leading Salesforce/CRM programs in complex enterprises.
Demonstrated governance, Centers of Excellence, and scalable delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of large CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
Oversee programs across Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing/Data Cloud ecosystems.
Govern operating models, delivery frameworks, and cross-functional delivery.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for investments.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business groups for roadmaps.
Drive vendor management and contract negotiations with external partners.
