Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a seasoned CRM program leader to drive large-scale Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more. You will collaborate with senior leaders to define scope, goals, and delivery for enterprise transformation, including budgets, governance, and cross-functional governance frameworks.

The role requires deep experience in CRM analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and partnerships with Product, Technology, and external vendors.

Qualifications

8+ years directing enterprise program efforts in tech and business transformation.
5+ years leading Salesforce/CRM programs in complex environments.
Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience/Data Clouds.
Proven governance models, Centers of Excellence, scalable delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives.
Manage multi-team cross-functional delivery across Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, Operations.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and investment value realization.
Govern CRM platforms, release and change management, adoption strategies, and compliance.
