Cengage Group is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Program Leader to plan and execute large-scale Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior leadership and business partners, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years directing enterprise programs in tech and business transformations.
5+ years leading Salesforce/CRM programs in complex environments.
Experience with Salesforce implementations, improvements, integrations, migrations and governance.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem features (Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience/Data Cloud).
Proven ability to establish governance models, Centers of Excellence, and scalable delivery processes.
Experience managing multi-million dollar portfolios, budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of large-scale CRM programs and Salesforce initiatives with senior leaders and business partners.
Take ownership of outcomes across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and related CRM technologies.
Drive CRM transformation programs including platform modernization, process optimization, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Serve as primary contact for executives, reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and financials.
Establish CRM program operating models and delivery frameworks for consistency and scalability.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives and manage dependencies across workstreams.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, engineering, and business groups to align CRM roadmaps with broader strategies.
Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, performance, and delivery oversight.
Develop and manage program budgets and forecasts to ensure business value realization.
Drive governance of CRM platforms, release management, adoption strategies, and compliance.
