Job summary

Climate First Bank seeks a Senior Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to build and run an always-on engine for lead conversion, cross-sell, retention, and relationship growth across Climate First Bancorp and portfolio companies.

You will map journeys, identify next best actions, and turn signals into relevant email, SMS, nurture, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs while collaborating with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, retention, loyalty, marketing automation experience.
• Ownership of complex multichannel programs across journeys, messaging, and channels.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Data, Tech and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise CRM and lifecycle roadmap across prospecting, lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention.
• Map customer journeys and deploy triggered programs to move customers to the next action.
• Coordinate multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, onboarding, engagement, retention) and ensure program quality.
• Drive segmentation and personalization using customer, product, and engagement data.
