Job summary

Social Discovery Group seeks a Senior CRM Manager to drive retention and monetization through CRM and lifecycle marketing. You will design experiments across email, push, and in-app channels, analyze results, and collaborate with product, UX and data teams to optimize telecommunication of customer journeys.

Remote work is offered to fit a global team. We value expertise in CRM/CDP systems, HTML, spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL, with fluency in Russian and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/CDP systems and analytics
• Fluent Russian and English at least B2+ level
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• SQL experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses from data and CJMs, define business specs

• Analyze experiment outcomes and drive retention initiatives for high-ARPPU segments

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team!

Your main tasks will be:

• Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics.
• Create business specifications with measured potential business effects.
• Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.).
• Analyze the results of the conducted experiments.
• Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.).
• Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts.
• Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.

We expect from you:

• Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, Any BI-systems
• Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsub rate etc.
• High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV etc.
• Strong command of both Russian and English (B2+) is a must.
• Experience with SQL would be a plus
